We look forward to tackling issues that lead to lower job satisfaction, riddle the work place with less than ideal environments, encourage gossip, and lead to conflict. Here at LUOLU we believe it starts with the leadership team and that change is easier to achieve when management is on board and they at least support the initiative. Even if they are not leading the charge if they are open to empowering and supporting others to find the solutions and they stand behind the decision then the work place can still be improved. We look forward to providing content and engaging in conversation with you all in order to at least plant the seed that will help hopefully millions of people be more content or at least be able to breathe easier at work.
